WHeelhouse

A 50 minute cycling ride that has something for everyone! Using a mix of hills, speed, and choreography you are sure to sweat, smile, and strengthen along the way.

WH 60

A 60 minute cycling ride that has something for everyone! Using a mix of hills, speed, and choreography you are sure to sweat, smile, and strengthen along the way.

WH + XTRA Arms

WH + XTRA Arms is the perfect class for any rider looking to add a little strength to their cardio. This class is a standard WHeelhouse ride that includes a minimum of 3 songs of lifting 2-5lbs dumbbells while on your bike!

WH Beats

A 50 minute cycling ride for any rider that craves an exhilarating beat drop, combinations of effective choreography, and an overall energetic class. The disco ball is in full effect and so are our instructors! Don't let the choreography keep you from giving this class a try-- you can always JUST RIDE!

WH + Abs & Strength

A 50 minute workout that includes a 30 minute WHeelhouse ride + 20 minutes of off the bike strength training that focuses on total body while utilizing light weight and bodyweight movements.

WH + Barre

A 50 minute workout that consists of a 25 minute WHeelhouse ride followed by 25 minutes of off the bike work that strengthens and tones your body using the bike as your own "barre".

Glutes & Abs

A 50 minute off the bike workout that focuses on strengthening your legs and core. This class is meant to compliment all of the riding we do!

This is a FREE 30 minute demo class for NEW members. We cover proper bike set up, rate of perceived exertion, positions, and resistance. We answer any questions you have! If you are hesitant to try indoor cycling this is the perfect way to check it out!
